Below is a form you can fill out to register for Fall 2008.

Music Together®
(Parent/ Child Birth through 5 years)
10 weekly 45-minute classes
Class size is limited to 12 students
2 make-up classes allowed per child

$195 — New students
$180 — Returning students
$140 — Any additional sibling
Infants 8 months and younger are free with a registered sibling

Musical Bridge™:
(Drop off 4.5-6)
• Class ratio is 8:1
• 10 weekly 90-minute classes
• $185 — New Students
• $175 — Return Students
• $155 — Additional Siblings

Imagination Workshop:
(Drop off 3.5-5)
• Class ratio is 8:1
• Each class is 90 minutes
• $195 — First Child
• $185 — Return Students
• $165 — Additional Sibling

Private Lessons:
• Twelve weekly 30-minute classes for violin, piano, guitar, or voice
• May register at any time depending upon availability
• Materials not included
• One make-up lesson allowed per session
• $300 — New Student
• $270 — Return Student ($22.50 per half hour lesson)

**Hint** Payments are made through PayPal. Please note, you ARE NOT required to have a PayPal account. Just follow prompts for payment.

**Hint** If you are trying to register one child for two classes put the child's name in the 1st and 2nd "Child's Name" field in the boxes below.

**Hint** You will need to register infants as siblings, there will be no charge for infant siblings as long as he/she is 8 months or under and accompanying a registered sibling.
