Terms and Conditions

Classes are limited to 8 students. We strongly recommend you reserve a spot in advance. Registering online, or an office confirmation by email or phone, along your payment, will secure your spot. Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance. If you give us less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged for one class.  We understand circumstances arise in which you may find it impossible to make your scheduled appointment without having given 24-hour notice of cancellation. In the event you are sick or have an unavoidable emergency, please call us to discuss.

When you attend a class, you will be eligible to reserve a spot in the same class the following week. If, when scheduling a class, it is full, you will be put on a waiting list and notified as space becomes available in the order that waiting list names were taken. We will continue to waitlist you for the desired class until space becomes available and help you explore other class choices in the meantime.

If you do not reserve your spot ahead of time in a class, you can choose to “walk-in” — however, we recommend calling first to confirm availability.  Without a reservation, we cannot guarantee a spot in your desired class

Student Rates are only applicable with a valid, current student ID.

5 & 10 Class Passes expire 6 months after purchase date.

All classes with 3 or more students will run.

If you have any prior injuries we recommend you speak to your physician about starting a new exercise program.
